FAQS

ABOUT FALCONAIR

If you have any questions on private charters or aeromedical services,
please contact our expert team, email us or fill out the form below.

Q: How do I book a private charter?

Contact our team by phone, email or via our contact form to discuss your needs and trip requirements.

Q: Can I buy a single seat on a private aircraft?

FalconAir offers private charter, which means the hire of the whole aircraft. The charter price for the aircraft does not change if you fly alone or with every seat occupied. The only slight variation in cost will be when airport  passenger tax is applied on the flight. Each country has different regulations for passenger tax and this will be fully explained during the quoting process.

Q: Why should I fly on a chartered flight versus a commercial airline?

Private charter has many benefits for individuals or groups, such as direct travel to and from destinations, avoiding transfers and lengthy security delays, faster boarding time, exclusive private use of the aircraft, catering to suit your specific needs, dedicated support and logistics, acceptance of pets onboard and much more. In short, it offers complete flexibility with your schedule. The overall cost can often be more effective than travelling on commercial airlines – especially if you are travelling in a group.

Q: I’ve missed my scheduled airline flight. How quickly can I get a private jet?

Private jets can be organised very quickly, depending on the location of available aircraft. Contact FalconAir and we may be able to offer you a fast and effective solution.

Q: How much does it cost to travel by private jet?

The costs associated with charter flights depends on flight time, aircraft hourly rate, positioning sectors (where the aircraft is flown empty before or after the passenger sector) and airport fees. All prices that you receive from Falcon Air are fully inclusive and there are no hidden costs.

Q: Which private jet airfield is closest to my home?

Using the closest airport to your house or work can save hours on the length of a journey. Private jet passengers are not limited to the same airports that scheduled airlines use and therefore can often use airports much closer to their final destination. Talk to our experienced team to locate your nearest, suitable aircraft.

Q: What happens when I get to the airport?

Most larger airports have either separate private jet terminals called FBOs (Fixed Based Operators) where private jet passengers check in for their flight. At many airports, private jet passengers can be driven straight through security to their aircraft and the time from arriving at the private jet terminal to boarding your aircraft is normally less than 5 minutes. If however there is a delay to your flight or perhaps you have chosen to arrive early, the FBOs will normally have private executive lounges for you to relax or work in.

Q: Can I take my pet with me?

On chartered flights, yes you can fly with your pet in the cabin – as long as your pet has the appropriate documents for travel. Some countries have different regulations for pet flights. For any queries about travelling with pets please contact our team.

Q: What catering will I have on board?

VIP custom catering is available for all Falcon Air charters. A Falcon Air representative will discuss the catering needs and dietary requirements with clients during the booking.

Q: What happens if I want to change the time of my departure?

Private aviation is all about flexibility, so if you need to change your departure time it is generally not an issue. However, please do give Falcon Air as much notice as possible so that we can arrange new airport slots to match your schedule.
